After studying electrical engineering at the University of Cincinnati Steve Dale began his low voltage career from the ground floor, first as a electronic technician, then becoming service manager, to being awarded salesman "Rookie of the Year", then operations manager, branch manager and vice president.  Steve opened his first security and fire alarm business in 1994 and subsequently owned and operated three successful low voltage businesses before he sold them. Seven years ago Steve began Power Learning System, Inc. (PLS) where he has created unique educational training experiences for the low voltage industry.
